Mark Fry

Position: Sales Director

Mark ‘cut his teeth’ in several hotel management roles over a period of ten years, as well as gaining his Hotel and Catering Supervisory Management qualification. Mark originally joined Venues Event Management (then trading as Venues Unlimited) back in 1998 as Account Manager for several large financial clients. He then moved into a sales role as National Account Manager.

After four years, Mark decided to broaden his experience, and moved to Corus Hotels as National Meetings and Events Sales Manager. Mark then decided that long term, he wanted to be agency side and return to Venues Event Management. He re-joined the company in 2008 as New Business Development Manager and since then has dedicated himself to growing and developing the business. Mark has been integral in securing many new accounts including charity the Shaw Trust, Trader Media Group, Sift Media, Everywoman, The International Federation Of Essential Oils and Aroma Trades (IFEAT) and K3. This dedication was recognised by the company when he was promoted to the board of directors in May 2010.
