A number of key supplier contacts were honoured at Venues Event Management’s recent Hotelier’s Forum in the form of the company’s first ‘Domino Awards’.
The Hoteliers Forums are held twice a year at Venues Event Management’s premises in Swindon. Attended by around 60 key supplier contacts, the objective of the forum is to communicate the company’s latest news, as well as to share best practice, and discuss industry issues. The winners of the Domino awards were voted for by all staff and the categories and winners were as follows:
- Best Familiarisation Trip: The Westerwood, Cumbernauld, Scotland (QHotels)
- Most Pro-active Group Representative: Hayley Mansfield, QHotels
- Most Inspiring Product Knowledge Session: Jumeirah
- Most Pro-active Sales Ledger Contact: Stella Yiasoumi, De Vere Venues
- Most Pro-active Purchase Ledger Contact - Blane McGrath, Hilton
- The Best DMC/Representation Company - mm and Company along with SNTTA and The Inside Edge
Hayley Mansfield, Director of Sales – Key Accounts at QHotels commented:
